Dear Customer,

Our Company is always researching new ways to improve services efficiency.

Recently, some services of our system have been upgraded to a better version that will speed up email sending and improve your deliverability.
Unfortunately it caused a password reset in many clients accounts.

No worryes! If you can’t access to your members area you simply have to ask for a new password here.
The issue is only about the members area. The delivery service will continue to work properly.
If you want to change your password, you have to login in your area, then click on “My Details” and “Change Password”. If you do that, remember to update your new password in your email client/server.
